Little Flower English Medium School, Phondaghat

Founded in the year 2016 recognised by government of Maharashtra and run by phondaghat education society with A motto of “shining stars”. OUR School aims at an overall development of student academic physical moral emotional psychological and spiritual of irrespective of caste and creed.

Admissions

Admission forms for the preprimary class in J R K.G our given out in the month of March and primary class admissions in June. Students who have attended a recognized school before and are seeking admission should produce their certificates from the school which they are leaving. Parents or guardians should understand that regarding admissions they cannot dictate to the management of the school which has every right to lay down terms and conditions for admissions to this school. New pupils are admitted on payment of admission fees. The amount thus paid cannot be refunded even if the pupil is for even reason should leaves school immediately after admission.

Withdrawals

If the pupils is to be withdrawn the office should be informed on time and fees will have to be paid till the name of the pupil is withdrawn. School fees are due as long as the name of the pupil is in the register.

Principal Message

It is my immense pleasure to talk as a principal of Little Flower English Medium School runned by Phondaghat Education Society, Phondaghat. Our school established on June 20, 2016 having an aim to give Education in English to the rural students around Phondaghat .

I feel proud to be the Principal of such institution and for that my heartiest thanks to the members of Phondaghat Education Society. Our school aim at all round development of students and would sincerely work hard for that.

I give my heartiest regards to our Society for their upcoming projects and progress.

School Timing

For JR .KG and SR.KG student’s school timing will be 10.00 a.m To 1.00 P.M.
For primary school timing will be 9.oo am to 2.00 P.M.
Parents should bring their children’s before 15 minutes from the school timing. Late comers will not be allowed to attend the class.

Leave

If the child should not go to attend the school please inform to particular class teacher. Who in return will inform the principal.
If the child is not well or she/ he is suffering from any viral infection do not send him/her to the school till he gets well.

Holidays

The school will be closed on Sunday and all government holidays. On parents meeting the school will remain close for students.

Uniforms

School Uniforms

The school uniform is compulsory to children’s from Monday to Saturday. For K.G section child is allowed to wear civil dress only on Wednesday as put the wear colors code mentioned in the given diary. Students should come neatly dressed. Girls should tie two ponies with white rubber bands and hair bands. Boys should avoid fancy haircuts.

Birthday celebrations

On Birthday the child is allowed to wear civil dress. Parents are not allowed to send costly gifts by their pupils in the school.

Examination

There will be continuous comprehensive evolution of the student in each term and marks. Will be added for the respective term if a child gets below average in the particular subject ( E-1 OR E-2) then after the watching classes and re-exam will be taken by school. Parents should send a written explanation accompanied with doctors certificates when a child is absent for test or examination even for one day. Parents should compulsory attend the open house after the exam.
